2024 Voter Engagement Tool Kit

AAUW is dedicated to making sure every woman is registered and has the information she needs to cast her vote. This tool kit includes our tips to help your branch run successful campaigns for voter registration, voter education and get out the vote (GOTV) efforts in your state or locality.

What We Do

Through the It’s My Vote! campaign, AAUW and the AAUW Action Fund work with state leaders, branches, and coalition partners to provide tools, resources and capacity-building skills to support members’ abilities to lead and contribute to voter education and registration in their communities. AAUW members work to cultivate informed voters by sponsoring nonpartisan candidate and issue forums and developing materials on key issues for their communities. AAUW members also work to ensure that voters know the registration rules in their state, their voting rights, and how to be prepared on Election Day.‎

Technical Assistance and Materials
